Each registration includes a water bottle, reusable bag, snacks and sag support along the ride, lunch, after-ride dinner and a concert by North Tahoe student musicians. Other merchandise including a t-shirt and ride jersey are available for purchase.

Look for ways to save by forming a team of 5 or more.
After September 5, Last-Minute rates apply so be sure to register early!

To register by mail, complete and mail in ALL of the following: the Mail_In_Registration_Form_2016, Signed Liability Waiver 2016, and your check. To receive Early Bird and Standard rates, your registration must be postmarked by the dates identified on the registration form.



Registration Policies

  1. This event will occur rain or shine.
  2. This event is a fundraiser to benefit the music programs at North Tahoe Middle and High schools. If you register and pay for the ride but cannot make it for any reason, we will consider your registration fees a tax deductible contribution to the FAN Club, the music program’s 501(c)3 booster organization. In that situation, please send us an email and we will mail you a donation receipt. Thank you for understanding.
  3. All riders must wear a US CPSC-approved helmet and sign a liability waiver to participate.
  4. On-line registration closes at noon on Friday, September 16 to give our volunteers time to prepare for check-in.
  5. On-site registration and check-in is available Friday, September 16 from 4 – 8 pm and Saturday September 17 starting at 6:30 am. On-site registration and check-in occurs at the entrance to the Village near the tram building at Squaw Valley USA. Look for our signs!
